[Circle] $N - Victim

Man! I'm sorry everyone about all these messages... I know I ask a lot of
questions.

I know what all the $x things are now, a nice guy pointed me out to a Web
page that has all of them listed.

BUT! is $N is Victim char name... How do you set that victim? Is it in the
ACT command?
ACT("$n mounts $N.", ch, 0, 0, TO_ROOM);

Where would it go if it was? Otherwise, what command do I use to set the
victim?
