Thanks to everyone that responded, I KIND of got it working... I manually
added all the exits beforehand (each station has an east exit to a transroom),
and the trains (when they come through) fix all the exits.. and the trains
come and go just fine.. unfortuantely, it crashes if I try to get into a train
... any ideas? Also, the train "leaves" twice out of the room.. once after
the first 25 seconds, then again in 25 seconds more... *sigh*

I *did* change the spec_proc a little though (mainly the (cmd == blah) stuff,
it still doesn't make much sense to me (the cmd == stuff as opposed to 
CMD_IS("blah")
