I am also running Win NT 4.0 at work. There is a service pack on the microsoft FTP site that allows you to run any program as a service. I have not been able to get my mud server up and running as of yet. However, I have not had the free time to experiment with this. In a few weeks, my work load should drastically drop. If I am able to get this running correctly, I will let you know. BTW, I can not remember off hand which sevice pack it is for. I do remember that you can not get the service pack off the web. You have to directly FTP to the ftp.microsoft.com site. I hope this helps.
