The problem is that when my builder attempts to edit a room description with rset desc it it appends whatever he writes to the current description, instead of clearing it and accepting his new information. How do I fix this? I looked at the code to attempt to fix it, but there are many pointer references to the description and other things I am afraid to play with :) ... I am working to understand it but the exact method of deleting the current desc, or the buffer, or the editor, or whatever, is beyond me at the time.
