README.WIN Update

I think it would be nice to add the following subject convention when
refering to docs.

DOCS: When submiting or refering to Documintation. Expand to
refer to a specific file. Example
[DOCS: README.WIN]

REPLACE: README.WIN

6) Start a telnet program. Open a connection to your own machine
("localhost", IP 127.0.0.1, or whatever the name of your machine
happens
to be) on port 4000. You should see the MUD's login screen
welcoming
you and asking for your name. The standard telnet program that
comes
free with Windows 95 and NT works great, but you will need to check
the
'Local Echo' box under 'Terminal'--'Preferences' or you will not be
able
to see what you are typing. There are some programs that support
telnet's line-mode-- EWAN, CRT, zMUD, or any other Winsock telnet
application. These programs are freely downloadable from any number
of
    Internet sites.
