Hi,
Are you still stuck?
I, too, am using VC++ to compile my MUD.
I've given up trying to use NMAKE - since it never seems to actually
create an executable for me.
Just do the following:
(Sorry if these instructions appear to be insulting your intelligence,
I'm not sure how much exp you have with VC++ or even Windows!)
When in MS Dev Studio - from the file menu, select "Open Workspace..."
goto to the src dir, and select the MAKEFILE1 file.
(if this file does not exist, change the "Files of type:" pull down list
to read "All Files(*.*)" and select MAKEFILE.)
You might need to add the relevant .obj files to a line or two in the
makefile here - I don't remember!
Hit F7.
That's it!
Let me know if this doesn't work.
Cheers.
Neil

Ok. Did that...sorry, I have more questions!
Anyway- it says: Stay in the src directory, and type NMAKE. How do I do
that??? (Sorry, I'm new at VC++4 programming, as well as Circle) Should
I be in dos, or what????? I think I missed something. Help!
