It's really quiet simple.
Manual spells are spells that have to do things other than the basic
affects and stuff. Like creating objs or moving objs or whatever.
the other spells just have the basics: duration, what affect, messages,
etc. The other spells are simple. The manual spells are for more
complicated things like portal or create spring or something that has to
deal with things other than just affects or damage spells.
(affects being: sanct, sleep, blind, etc)
