You can encapsulate data without being in C++. It's traditionally
known as good style not to have spaghetti code...or, at least,
that's the rumor.
And, BTW, I don't think this list would go well as a C++ list. Uhm,
last I checked, it was CircleMUD list. Not a C or C++ mailing list.
As long as it is relevant to Circle, it belongs, whether it's C,
C++, pascal, BASIC, ada, or PILOT (okay, so those last 4 weren't
actually serious :).
