Hi all.  I was wondering if anyone has seen this.

I've recently installed ascii pfiles, and now my set file player x x
doesn't work.  The load char part seems to work, because i've taken info
from the newly loaded proto-char and displayed it accurately, but it
doesn't seem to save, but I know save char works, because otherwise
there would be no pfiles...
