Humm... C++ under DOS? The chances that it will compile are VEEEEEERY
slim, becasue I don't know where will you get sockets and all other
network related stuff... and even if it will compile, then you will run it
and then what? how would you test it?

 I think that under dos there is not much you can do...

 But of course as always.. I might be wrong :)
