Probably, there's even a elf_dump_core() function in linux/fs/binfmt_elf.c
although it may be hard to pass the correct parameters, being in the kernel
and all.  There may be other functions to make it easier but that's what I
found on a cursory search through the source.  If you don't have Linux,
well...good luck.
