I ftp'ed it to ftp.circlemud.org. It's currently in incoming, and will
probably be moved to contrib/code later.
Someone asked me for a pl12 version, so I threw it together, included the
fix to fix_mob_strings() and fix_obj_strings(), included a patch for
anyone who has trouble with copy, and included the menu interface for the
room editor as an opitonal addition.
