Error Compiling Oasis under WIN 95

I am trying to compile in Oasis OLC under Windows 95 and using BPL12

I get the following errors

handler.h(40) : Error C2146 : Missing ')' before identifier 'nr'
handler.h(40) : Error C2501: 'nr' : Missing Decl-specifiers

I realise that the (40) is the line number and I have searched the whole

file and have not found any ( that the system would be asking for the
close of it. Any suggestions would be helpful.
