Take a look in the /doc/ directory of the main circle tar archive. If you
don't have that, here's the relevant info from the socials.doc file from
that directory.

<command name> <hide-flag> <minimum position of victim>
The command-name indicates which social is being specified. The hide-flag
can be either 0 or 1; if 1, the social is hidden from OTHERS if they cannot
see the character performing the social. The action is not hidden from the
VICTIM, even if s/he cannot see the character performing the social,
although
in such cases the character's name will, of course, be replaced with
"someone".

The <min position> flag, I believe, is what the character doing the social
has to be in (POSITION_STANDING, POSITION_FIGHTING, etc). However, in the
doc there is no key for numbers in relation to the positions, unless it's
using defines somewhere... maybe in structs.h?
