OasisOLCv1.5-bpl12.patch.bz2 should work but you should use v1.6b.
(As always, ftp.van.ml.org can convert bzip2/gzip if you need it.)

a) Get a pre-compiled binary, they are available.
b) ftp.van.ml.org can decompress a bzip2 if you need it to.
        (Won't do bzip2<->gzip yet though.)
c) I like bzip2 better because it saves disk space, albeit being slower.

(CircleMUD will remain both since ftp.circlemud.org doesn't do the
conversion and you all would scream bloody murder I'm sure.)
