Remove the 'ch->desc->output = NULL;' from do_BSOD and put this in it's
place: 'raw_kill(ch);'
Otherwise you'll never see the message...
Now it literally IS, the Blue Screen of Death. :)
(Or maybe just have raw_kill call the BSOD() function so you always see the
BS when you die...)
