yes i use cygnus...i came up with this... here is what you do:
start up cygnus normally and just leave it
then type in the following:
cd /
ln -s C:/CYGNUS/B19/H-I386~1/bin bin
and then go into your circle30bpl12 directory and type sh ./configure
should work from there :)
