        Go into your circle directory, and find readme.win and read it. That
should have everything in it that you need to compile your mud. I followed
it, and everything worked fine for me. If you don't have this file in your
directory, I would suggest getting circle30bpl13a from the CircleMUD FTP
site. I am trying to be nice, sorry if the voilent additude shows, nothing
personal, just stressed. In short, this is a RTFR with the last R standing
for Readme.win.
