They probably didn't work correctly before, but CircleMUD has a built-in
item limit ability. You have to make sure not to use the -q option to
CircleMUD for it to work. There is a bug in this for <= bpl13a that it
doesn't work if someone keeps something in a house, but it'll be fixed
shortly.
