[NEWBIE][OLC]Error after patching

I patched in the OLC 2.0 with out any problems, but now when I try to
run the circle file I get this error
    SYSERR: Format error in social file near social accuse.

I am using MSVC 5.0 and i cannot for the life of me find the social
accuse.
