This I have to respond to.  We use a text editor called Dana.  It is
designed extremely well for HTML and for C language files.  And it will
edit 100 files simultaneously.

To make this change you would load 100 of the zones.  Hit the "save as
Unix" button in prefs. and hit "save all"

You may have to do a modification to get it to save the file, but that's
a simple "replace a with a" then "save all"

We use it extensively to load the .c and .rej files and cut and paste.
Also it has a "replace in all windows".
