I am running circle14 on windows 95 and I was having difficult getting
Oasis to
work.  It seems that the original oasis source code was written for
circle11 and hence i'm getting a few errors.
And i've gotten the patches but i'm not sure if it's possible to use
these with windows.  Any help would be greatly appreciate.. thanks
