I've seen numerous methods used, and all seem overtly complex. A much
simpler method, requiring but one small function is this: Have your players
sign in with first_last (making sure the name parser will allow this). No
matter what pfile method you use, it will be a valid filename. Now, just
rewrite the macro GET_NAME to be a simple function that strips the _ from in
between. If you need help there, just copy the delete_doubledollar function
and adjust it a bit.
With this method, John Doe and John Deere are NOT the same person.
