Experience levels are gained automatically when you cross the threshold of
the experience to the next level in CircleMUD. I doubt there are any
patches for this, but it's a simple mobile procedure to create and attach to
a mob. Check out how leveling is done in gain_exp() in limits.c and make a
command out of it.
