I have a really dumb question: What are the major differences between
Circle 3.0 b12 and Circle 3.0 b14. If there is a site that explains the
difference, can someone please give me it. I realize I'll prob'ly start
a hundred flames, but oh well..And I know this is a VERY newbieish
question, so just spare me the flames and help out, please.
