My players get cut off!

SYSERR: perform_socket_read: about to lose connection: No such file or
directory

This happens to any players NOT logged in from my LOCAL machine. I dont
understand why. If anyone has any help they could give me in fixing this,
please let me know.

It says that there is no such file or directory, I dont understand that, I
have all the directories or files that I need. Anybody had this happen to
them before?

Please help!
