You can't.
Borland C++ 4.5 was a Windows 3.1 compiler and quoting from the README:
"DOS and Windows 3.x will never be supported."
If you can get it working, feel free to send us patches. The only
limitation to that is we will not rename the files to the 8.3 standard nor
will we accept gross hacks. So don't just get it working, make it look
pretty too.
