I was going through some old bpl8 code that I kinda inherited while
working on a mud.  This may seem like a dumb question, but I was
wondering where act.book.c came from?  I checked out circle30bpl8 and a
few other patches I thought it might have originated from but I had no
luck.  I went to search the archives from the mailing list but I got
about 500 hits on people telling people to "buy a C book".

Any constructive help is truly appreciated.
