Strange problem with...time...

Using circle3.0 and rh6.0

Seems to be some sort of annoying problem i have..
when trying to edit anything in some files the autorun
script will not start, and dumps a core.

This happens when i try to add the mapsnip from the ftp site.
trying to change the colors in the maputils.

doesent seem to be the changes that is doin this, more like
that i DID the changed in the file..
when i added the snip all works (i think) and i compile and run it,
can walk out on map too. but then i trying to change a color in maputils.c
(like chaning &b to &w on one place) recompile and try run. and it wont
start. even if i change it back to &b it wont
start.. so looks as if theres something wrong with the time...
Maybe a vortex in the matrix? :P

This is a backtrace from the core dump:
