Hi all,

Writing myself a basic mud in PERL atm.
However, I'm running into problems sending the echo_on and echo_off
strings. The Circle source makes sense, but I'm not sure how to translate
it into PERL. Anyone know, offhand? It'd be very helpful.

I could always compile those two functions seperately and use them from
within the PERL program I guess, but I'm sure that's not necessary . . .
