'licheck' is what displays the license and asks you to agree to it, and if
you do agree, the file '.accepted' is created in the src directory.

Since you've moved the server, you must've already accepted the license,
so you can type 'touch .accepted' from the src folder to create the file.

By doing so, you once again agree to the license (you can't use CircleMUD
in any form if you don't).
