You received the "clan_save format error encountered" error in a log.
Sounds like it tried to save the clan info, did the patch require you to
make the directory and or files?
Find the section that gives you that error (grep "clan_save format" *.[ch])
and see what it is doing.

Hi friends. I got to install the clan patch. During the process I got
some errors, but I looked at in the .rej files and I finished doing the
alterations by myself. The compilation was ok, without erros. But when I was
to use the command clan edit the MUD shutdown. There is no error msg in the
log, only "clan_save format error encountered". Anyone can help me?
