You should have a .shp file for shops, just as you have .wld, .mob, and
.obj files.
In addition to having the shop set a shopkeeper, you need to make sure
that the shopkeeper is actually in the room that is specified in the shop
file for that shop, or he won't sell, list, etc. anything.
