Mary describes Bob to Joe,
Joe is now familiar with Bob even though he never met him.

I hadn't thought of this but it makes sense. I could describe physical
features, tattoos, birthmarks (of course this would be a RP thing and
describe would just do the same thing as introduce minus adding it to both
pfiles)
