Hi.  I just wanted to announce that I released an EARLY Beta version of my Circle World Creator (CWC) and it is residing on the ftp.circlemud.org server.  It is under /pub/CircleMUD/contrib/win9x/ I belive.  A readme file is also located in that directory.  CWC is a Windows-based editor written from scratch with Visual Basic.  Enjoy, and I'd appriciate any helpful comments people might want to share with me.  Thanks.
