Copyover

Greetings,

       I recently added copyover to a mud running on a fairly, well, 
very, slow server.
Whenever I initiate a copyover it starts, and then dosnt recover itself.
I have traced
the source down to the fact that the mud dosnt boot fast enough. If
there a way to
increase the time copyover waits, so the mud has time to boot up?

Id Appreciate Any Help,
