number()

i'm having problems with the number() function. I cannot figure out how to
make it generate a random number each time it is called.

For instance, you type reroll, and it gives you some new stats, then you
type reroll again, but the stats stay the same. Maybe this is because i am
trying to associate the circle random code with an outside project.

i am making a small rpg in win32 API, and i have a button that rerolls your
stats, but every time you press it. But when i press it, the number stays
the same, and i am completely sure that it IS calling the rerolling function
every time the button is pressed, it's just not generating a new number.

If anyone could help that would be cool

Thanks,
   Micken
