That's probably a Windows 3.1 compiler, which we don't ever plan on
supporting.  You'll need to rename all the files to 8.3 and find a TCP/IP
stack to link with.  Then it probably wants to run in 16-bit instead of
32-bit mode so you get all sorts of fun there as well.
