Been off the list awhile and this may have been suggested, but look at the
way spell names are 'encrypted' (can't remember the file, but look around
for it).  You could have a similar system for languages (replaces a letter
or group of letters with another sequence) and perhaps drop certain letter
combinations to make the conversion irreversible :)
