You need to give us some more information:
 1 - How doesn't it work ? Doesn't the code compile? does the mud crash?
     Have you altered any of the code ?
 2 - error messages/debug backtraces/examples of output.

We can't help you if you don't specify the problem.

Not looking at your code, I'd guess your problem lies in the fact that the
way zones are structured has changed from bpl 18 to bpl 19.

All zones got a 'bottom' number, and the olc need to take this into account.
