[CODE] The time command and a 12-month calendar

I don't pretend to be an excellent coder, and I actually have a fairly limitted knowledge of C, so I depend mostly on code snippets I find in the mailing list archive and /CircleMUD/contrib/ on FTP.

So when I saw a message in the archve detailing a 12-month time system, I wanted to implement that into my CircleMUD 3.0 bpl 19. (that message is here: http://www.circlemud.org/maillist/2000-12/0004.html)

I'm fairly certain that I have modified the files as it says, but now any time someone uses the TIME command, the MUD crashes.

I know this is quite limitted on information, but does anyone know why this migh be? Is there another file I need to edit, or is that code snippet just wrong in some way?

Help?
