And I should be adding my version of ACMD(do_dig) here in a few days.  This
one allows you to just type 'dig <dir>' and it will dig in that direction
using the NEXT AVAILABLE vnum and create it.

Yes, error checking has been done to make sure there is still a vnum
remaining and to see if the builder can build in the zone.  BTW, since I am
at work I can't check, is can_edit_zone included in the current version of
Oasis?  just wondering...:)
