maybe you all can figure it out for me.

Ultrix 4.2, and whenever I run the autorun or bin/circle or whatever half the
time it works, half the time it doesnt.

OR reboot, or shutdown.

It claims address is already in use, but when i do a ps -x it isnt, when i
telnet to it, it isnt.

any suggestions?
