Well, from my understanding.. the MAX *real* STR/??? for PCs is 18, 25 
for Gods... well, then you get into +STR equ.  From what I can tell 
Jeremy made the maximum +??? to be 10, so there you go.  A god with 25 
STR +10Str as a bonus has a 35 str  *shrug*  got me on why he went to 36 
tho  =)
