The easiest and most logical way to stop infinite loops with mob progs is
to not write them in the first place.  I've implemented many greet_progs
that the other mobs respond to but I have made sure that none of them are
exactly the same and have made sure that mobs that can cross zones don't
have them.  If your builders are smart within their zones, then this will
not happen.
