I've got some problems

first of all can anybody tell me how to purge the players set for delete?

second does can anybody explainme how to change the implicities of beiing killer?
so it means never(or nearly never)hit the enemy and these other things.g
my players are saying they are nearly impotent in front of thieves so i want to change it
