I was a co-imp on a great shadowrun MUD, but some f&*king dickhead broke into the computer, ran a program on the server, and ate all the bandwidth. The sys-admin then spent 3 hours fixing it, and decided to shut the entire site down for good. The worst part, is that there were two Great muds on that site, effectively shut down for one breakin. Yes.....this does happen.
