Couple minor changes:
* Added a #if in medit.c for debugging messages in medit_save_internally.
Set this to 1 if it still crashes for you and send the log output.
* Removed d->edit_number2 variable and replaced with d->olc->total_mprogs
(also known as OLC_MTOTAL)
If you don't have Mprogs and medit doesn't crash, you don't need to upgrade
to this patch.
