Ok, you're right, I'm wrong.  Who really cares?  Somebody asked for a way to send mail in Win95, so I gave a solution.  The point was not whether it is a DOS or console program.  The point was that I tried to offer a solution.  I misquoted the text files included with the program.  Enough already.
