Standard Mathematical Tables!!

It contains formulas for this and everything else you
can think of. Very handy for just about anything you
could possibly be doing.
Unfortunately, I don't have mine handy, but I know
what you seek can be found therein.
Personally, I would just do a websearch on
"calculating quartiles".
