Quick man, get yourself a copy of the CRC Book of
Standard Mathematical Tables!!

It contains formulas for this and everything else you
can think of.  Very handy for just about anything you
could possibly be doing.

Unfortunately, I don't have mine handy, but I know
what you seek can be found therein.

Personally, I would just do a websearch on
"calculating quartiles".
Web search engines are your friend...
